U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) Announces Tariffs For China Section 301 List # 4:

The USTR announced today that a 10% tariff  will go into effect on September 1, 2019 for products included in list 4A (access here).   Some of the commodities in this list include certain food products, chemicals, fireworks, pesticides, plastic/ wooden/ articles, apparel, footwear, ceramic and glassware, metal products, clocks and watches. CHINA SECTION 301 – LIST # 3 – PRODUCT EXCLUSION GROUP # 1
