A new group of 83 product descriptions affected by the China Section 301 tariffs has been granted exclusion status. The exclusions are valid for the period beginning on September 24, 2018 and ending on August 7, 2020.
The goods are covered by List # 3, or declared under HTS#9903.88.03 at the time of entry. In order to claim the exclusion, HTS#9903.88.33 will need to be reported on the Customs entry.
