A new group of 36 product descriptions covered by 42 separate exclusion requests filed under the China Section 301 tariffs has been granted exclusion status by the U.S. Trade Representative. The exclusions will apply from September 24, 2018 to August 7, 2020.
The goods are covered by List # 3 with retroactive benefits to products which were originally declared under HTS#9903.88.03 at the time of entry. In order to claim this new exclusion, HTS#9903.88.34 must be reported on the Customs entry.
