Another Section 301 product exclusion group has been announced by the United States Representative. This time, 32 product descriptions under 39 separate exclusion requests will be exempted from the additional tariffs effective September 24, 2018, and through August 7, 2020. The product descriptions listed in the Federal Register (FR) must be fully met in order for the goods to qualify for the exclusion. These goods will be identified by Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) number 9903.88.35.
