The First Group of Product Exclusions for List # 3 of the China Section 301 Sanctions has been granted by the U.S. Trade Representative and will be applied retroactively to September 24, 2018. The exclusions will remain in effect for one year after the date of publication in the Federal Register. For full details please access the document here.
The original tariff assessed on these products was 10%, and subsequently increased to 25%.
