Another Product Exclusion group for Chinese goods under List # 1 has been approved by the U.S. Trade Representative. The qualifying products shall be entered under Harmonized Tariff Schedule number 9903.88.10.

There are now 5 groups of product exclusions for List # 1. There are no exclusions granted for any other lists.
These exclusions will remain in effect for one year.
