The Product Exclusion request period for List 4A, will run from October 31, 2019 through January 31, 2020 at 11:59 PM EDT according to an announcement made by the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR). List 4A is referred to as the “August 20, 2019 Notice – List 1” by the USTR.
Applications for exclusions can be submitted through the USTR web portal at https://exclusions.ustr.gov . Requesters must be registered on the portal prior to submitting a single or multiple requests.
