NEW PRODUCT EXCLUSIONS GRANTED UNDER THREE DIFFERENT CHINA SECTION 301 GROUPS

The United States Trade Representative has granted tariff exclusions to three more groups of products covered by Lists # 1, 2 and 3 of the China Section 301 sanctions as follows: 

• HTS#9903.88.14 – List 1 Product Exclusion Group 7 – Retroactive to July 6, 2018 and in effect for one year from publication in the Federal Register (Access the classification list here)

• HTS#9903.88.17 – List 2 Product Exclusion Group 2 –  Retroactive to August 23, 2018 and in effect for one year from publication in the Federal Register (Access the classification list here)

• HTS#9903.88.18 – List 3 Product Exclusion Group 2 – Retroactive to September 24, 2018 and in effect until August 7, 2020 (Access the classification list here)
