The United States Trade Representative has granted tariff exclusions to two more groups of products covered by Lists # 1 and 2 of the China Section 301 sanctions as follows:
- HTS#9903.88.19 – List 1 Product Exclusion Group 8 – Retroactive to July 6, 2018 and in effect for one year from publication in the Federal Register (Access the classification list here)
- HTS#9903.88.20 – List 2 Product Exclusion Group 3 – Retroactive to August 23, 2018 and in effect for one year from publication in the Federal Register (Access the classification list here)
